Koichi Takada Architects for Beach Residence
The Beach Residence is a luxury two-unit renovation with captivating views over iconic Bondi Beach. One unit is occupied as a full-time residence, and the other as a holiday retreat. For this purpose each unit was treated with different yet complimentary finishes inspired by context and reflecting their differing uses.
