Sussex
Passion.
We are a family-run manufacturing business passed down from generation to generation by Dutch watchmaker and jeweller Nico Johannes van Putten. Each Sussex piece is made with intention, precision-engineered and polished to perfection in Melbourne.
Artistry.
Our taps are lovingly created by craftspeople who believe that detail is important. Beginning as a solid block of sustainable recycled brass, each component passes through a six-phase process conducted with the closest care and attention. Each Sussex tap is therefore an beautiful piece, finely honed by the artisans in our Melbourne workshop to express individual tastes.
Conviction.
Our ethos of perfection is the legacy of our founder. Today Sussex is in the capable and caring hands of Nick’s family.
