Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Candalepas Associates for Birchgrove House
This project is an addition to a Victorian terrace, in which a new addition over several levels was able to bring light, air and warmth into spaces that previously lacked these elements.
The addition has allowed the house to benefit from two distinct gardens and an excellent northern aspect.
