Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Pleysier Perkins for Northcote Warehouse
A new design intervention within and on top of an existing warehouse shell. The three storey dwelling is visually broken over its primary two levels from the adjoining street façade with a glazed entry and stair access leading to a setback upper penthouse.
