Shortlist: House in a Heritage Context
David Luck Architecture for PARK PLACE
Expansive spaces of neighbouring Fawkner Park flow through the project. A large living room positioned centrally straddles this site. A transparent living room is conceived as a garden pavilion. External stairs rise to a planted rooftop terrace - reinforcing the idea that the garden is endless.
