Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
John Wardle Architects for Fitzroy House
The Fitzroy residence is located within a dense pocket of Victorian houses. The house adopts the terrace house typology of its neighbours, and introduces a courtyard into its core. The intention is to provide the inhabitants with a quiet oasis within a vibrant area.
