Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
Wolveridge Architects for Eltham South, Blairgowrie
This coastal house was concieved for a young family to construct a private beach home evoking childhood memories with a key requirement to leave their urban life behind. The design approach considered a major re-think of the site's contour, merging the organisation of public/private realms in a sequential manner.
