Commendation: New House under 200 square metres
Misho + Associates for Premaydena Residence
The house sits on a low podium on a largely wooded site on the Tasman Peninsula. It expressed ideas of lightness, simple modular proportions, screening and layering. The house is a box within a box. The house is also a box beside a box.
