Shortlist: Emerging Architecture Practice
Twohill and James for Clayfield House
A series of interventions dotted across three stories of an existing house and garden. Significant works include an au pair residence at lower-ground, renovation of an existing hacienda with a new pool pavilion at ground level, and a new bedroom and ensuite plus dressing room with custom furniture upstairs.
