Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
studiofour for Alfred Street Residence
This project began as a single level Victorian house comprising of a series of dark compartmentalized spaces. With strategic replanning of the ground floor, the addition of a first floor and by integrating the interior with two new courtyards, the house is flooded with light, fresh air and aspect.
