Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
CplusC Architectural Workshop for Dulwich Hill Residence
The brief called for the addition of an open kitchen, outdoor living space, dining, bathroom and laundry to an existing Late Victorian period semi-detached home for a young family with four children under four years old including triplets. The triplets were unplanned and this strongly influenced the design strategy.
