Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Preston Lane for Malvern East House
The brief for this project was to demolish a poorly planned existing extension, reconfigure the existing rooms in the original section of the house and then provide a light filled contemporary extension that opened to the backyard, oriented to the north, and incorporated a swimming pool into the landscape.
