Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres

This project pursues craft: a) skill in making things by hand and, b) skill used in deceiving others. From the street, the renovation reinforces the idea of homes in a traditional subtropical garden setting. Inside, the house reveals itself as a highly crafted, energy efficient home in a garden.
