Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Warc Studio for Courtyard House Brighton
This project provides alterations to a 1930s residence in a dense inner urban location with challenging solar orientation. The additions provide an efficient building envelope and accompanying courtyards that maximise natural light and create a tapestry of spaces within a confined site area.
