Shortlist: House in a Heritage Context
AN+A (Architects Nicholas + Associates) in collaboration with Susanna Press from Modern Heritage Mat for The Fox Estate
During the early 1950s, The Fox Estate was created in a unique Art Deco/ Prairie style on the Piittwater waterfront. The major alterations and additions completed in 2015 have restored the historically significant elements of the house and site with a view to preserving the substantial legacy of the property.
