Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
Auhaus Architecture for Ivanhoe House
Built into a heavily treed hill, the house is split into two wings, folding away from one another to enclose wedges of outdoor space and separating the site into manicured front and untamed rear. The design obscures neighbours, giving northern aspect to living spaces and focusing views into the treetops.
