Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
BayleyWard for Halo House
With the bones of a brutalist style structure, the grand proportions were recut to make way for this family holiday retreat. The original house was cut and opened up into two discernible spaces, one facing the newly transformed gardens and the other enjoying the infinity pool and bayside panorama.
