Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Vokes and Peters for New Farm Cottage
A dilapidated timber house has been restored and extended to connect the building with its garden. The new works preserve the traditional character of the historic Brisbane suburban streetscape whilst adding new contemporary living spaces at the rear.
