Taking cues from its characterful Abbotsford neighbours, the folded expression of the Folding Floor House maximises space and internal amenity and delivers an extensive brief on a compact inner-city site. The layered timber fin façade provides solar protection, privacy and creates light-filled spaces through this family home.
