This three-bedroom apartment transforms a gutted two-storey space in inner city Perth. In sleeving a series of moody, timber lined rooms into the ageing building and connecting them with a sunlit living and dining eyrie on the roof above, the apartment is a minimalist haven for its art collecting owner.
