Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
MHN Design Union / Lawless and Meyerson for Customs House
This project is a balance of contrast and conversation. Our design enhances the Late Victorian cottage (Customs House) and celebrates the new modernist form for contemporary living. We flipped living spaces to the first floor for beach views and changed position of the addition allowing more outdoor space and sun!
