Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Pleysier Perkins for Butterfly House
A renovation to a 60’s bungalow, whereby the original skillion roof has been mirrored to create a butterfly. It is the centrepiece floating over the living areas, flanked by the original northern wing and a new southern wing, containing bedrooms, bathrooms and a games room adjacent to the pool deck.
