Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects for Birchgrove House
A project for a collaborative, intelligent and environmentally committed couple and their small child. The house is a response to their lives. There are four levels, and each has a direct connection to gardens, such that the house grows into the garden and the gardens shift into the house.
