Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
WOWOWA Architecture for PONY
WOWOWA PONY is an agile alteration and modest addition to a 1960’s apricot brick home in Brighton East. The existing, atypical, axial plan was exaggerated through a clip-on colonnade that connected the existing volume to the new bedrooms and increases connection and views to the garden.
