Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres

On a small lot of 98sqm in an inner Melbourne suburb, this house sits within a brick-walled, 1900’s heritage listed warehouse. The project is arranged around a series of courtyard spaces as well as a tightly programmed, central ‘pod’ which stands free from the perimeter walls.
