Tobias Partners for Bronte Terraced House
This house captures magnificent views over the Ocean with a series of terraced floors, which help to reduce bulk and intersperse internal rooms with outdoor spaces that introduce natural light and cross-flow breezes. Off-form concrete imparts a feeling of groundedness, timber screens, glazing and charcoal metal surfaces provide textural contrast.
