Tobias Partners for Lavender Bay House
From its commanding site at Lavender Bay, the solid, off-form concrete house faces east to Luna Park, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Scale, natural light and materials are celebrated through large volumes and split levels that connect family and frame views.
