Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Anthrosite for Hamilton Courtyard House
The rare opportunity of converting two detached houses into one home was the catalyst for this design. Prioritising natural light, ventilation and wellbeing, the introduction of a generous central courtyard unites the two wings of the house, creating an internal sanctuary that connects a series of family spaces.
