MJA Studio + IOTA + Studio Roam for Jimmy's House
Jimmy’s House is a study in addressing the damaging battle-axe subdivision which reduces canopy coverage in established areas. A courtyard house riffing on Mediterranean models demonstrating that Battle-axe lots can achieve 100% green plot ratio and contribute to Urban ecology via productive gardens, medicinal gardens and endemic green roofs.
