Office Alex Nicholls for Elsternwick Penthouse
The Elsternwick Penthouse combines two top floor apartments into a highly customised intergenerational family home with basement rehabilitation spa. The design is composed of coloured functional volumes, curvilinear skylights and a library spine to create a variety of spatial experiences within an otherwise flat floor-plate.
