Commendation: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
John Ellway for Hopscotch House
This is a home that encourages play and movement, the name references the physical manifestation the house in plan. The former living areas to the south were dark & cold. The addition was stretched into the backyard inserting a series of garden courtyards between the cottage and new living spaces.
