Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres

Reconfigured new and old rooms surround a protected garden letting light deep into previously dark spaces. Insects and security are managed with mesh, allowing surrounding rooms to open and naturally ventilate, becoming a beautiful space to look across and circulate around with the movements of day-to-day life.
