STUDIOFANG for Passive Pleat
‘Passive Pleat’ is a single-storey Passivehouse dwelling facing a train-line and reserve in a northeastern suburb. With its intentionally-striking white sawtooth facade and landscaping, the house stands out amongst its neighbours, as the product of our iterative process between artistic and scientific approaches to create culturally-meaningful, comfy, high-performing, future-ready buildings.
