Splinter Society Architecture for Newburgh Light House
Newburgh Light House, a mini tower typology, sits on a tiny site adjacent to a heritage train station. The collection of single level apartments presents a clean aesthetic with interiors deliberately enhanced by the technical facade, fire and structural solutions that made the building possible from a build-ability perspective.
