Freadman White for Smith Street Residence
131 Smith Street is a multi-residential project in Fitzroy, Melbourne, with retail spaces and 39 apartments. The design draws inspiration from Fitzroy’s historical fabric, reinterpreting local architecture through materiality, proportion, and rhythm. It reimagines the vernacular into a refined, distinctive apartments that balance privacy and engagement with the streetscape.
