Seeking a house of ease and warmth for their young family, the design refreshes Newlyn House’s heritage fabric whilst replacing unsympathetic adhoc rear additions with a new sculptural brick wing that frames and acts as a backdrop to an intimate courtyard carved into a restorative, terraced garden.
