Shortlist: New House under 200 square metres
Mark Spence Architect for Wombarra House
A block of land was discovered on a trip to Wollongong. I had no prior intention of building again but the land was too evocative to resist. The house would be primarily for the two owners with occasional accommodation for family and friends.
