Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
David Barr Architect for Yeovil Crescent Residence
Yeovil, an addition offset from the rear of an existing federation brick and tin house to creating interstitial spaces between the existing house and surrounding boundaries. The existing hallway is extended to becomes a black scaleless void, leaving the introverted existing and expand to become the outwardly focussed living quarters.
