Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Kennedy Nolan for Belmont House
We wanted to make a house that would support the arc of family life. Specifically, we resolved to do this by a plan which could accommodate the family over time, resolving the changing requirements of privacy, independence and space. We also sought to amplify the sense of place.
