Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Sam Crawford Architects for Bouwman House
The Bouwman House is an alterations and additions to a Federation style house in the Heritage Conservation Area of Haberfield. Parts of a problematic 1980’s addition have been removed and repurposed. Ample living spaces have been added the rear - opening to a north facing courtyard, garden and cabana.
