Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Plus Minus Design for House RV
This home has a close and private relationship to a garden and two mature fig trees. Originally a project home, the house was subject to several ill-considered renovations. Gentle modifications were made to the house and the front yard was re-organised improving the plan and the relationship to the garden.
