Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres

Courtyard House commenced life in 1885 as an Italianate terrace. During the interwar period, like many dwellings in the locality, it underwent alteration into a boarding house.
Reconfiguring it back into a single dwelling, the ambition was to create a courtyard house affording better amenity than the typical terrace typology.
